KHL Highlights are short and informative videos of the Kontinental Hockey League. Each review is a slices of interesting, dangerous and goal-scoring moments of the game, commented by a professional sports journalist.

Kontinental Hockey League is a prestigious international hockey tournament featuring teams from the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, China and Belarus. The competition is held in 2 stages: The regular championship and the Gagarin Cup.
In the season 2022-2023 involved 22 teams, which in the first phase will hold 68 games against each other. The winner of the first phase of the championship is awarded the Continental Cup and the second (playoff round) is awarded the Gagarin Cup. In addition to the silver trophy, the winner of the playoffs round also wins the KHL championship title.
Interesting fact! The Gagarin Cup weighs 26.8 kg and is made of 925 sterling silver with gold plating. The cup holds 12 liters of champagne or beer (4 times more than the Stanley Cup). The trophy received its name in honor of the first cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin, who is the pride of the nation and was elected a citizen of the world.
Only 7 teams have lifted the Gagarin Cup over their heads. The most titled club is Ak Bars Kazan (3 wins). CSKA (Moscow), Metallurg (Magnitogorsk), SKA (St. Petersburg) and Dynamo (Moscow) each have 2 victories in their respective standings.
